Terms of Services
By registering on AdDeals, you accept all its terms of use and privacy policy as stated below.
1. Right of Use
is an advertising network that provides publishers with monetization tools (e. g. APIs &/or SDKs). is granted the right to promote all applications registered on by any means and is granted the right to use all materials provided by the registered member to launch campaigns such as creatives and texts to advertise their products and applications or to talk about them in Newsletters, Web site or any other places, provided creatives are not modified or unless the publisher informs the company that it does not want its applications or creatives to be promoted or used by . is allowed to mention that it works with the registered member by adding its logo or promoted applications on its web site https://www.addealsnetwork.com or communicate about it, unless specified differently in a separate agreement. On the other side, the registered member is allowed to mention that it works with or .
2. Payment Terms
The minimal Publisher's earnings required to be eligible for a payment amounts to $100. Publishers' monthly earnings from the previous month are recorded and validated within 10 days. Payment is made, 60 days after the minimal amount is reached and validated for a specific month and therefore the payment is sent before the 10th of the month. Payments are made on a monthly basis.
A Paypal email address is required from the publisher for payments and can be entered in the billing section of the web site.
At anytime, publishers can choose to reinvest their earnings to launch campaigns for their apps on .
In case the minimal amount of $100 is not reached, payment is postponed from one month to another until the minimal amount is reached.
At the end of each month, provided that the minimal earnings of $100 is reached, a statement detailing the monthly publisher's earnings is issued by and a payment will be made without requiring an invoice from the Publisher, following the previous conditions and delays as stated above. The payment will be made via PayPal if the amount is below $1,500 unless your country or company does not support PayPal. If Paypal is not supported or to receive monthly payments higher than $1,500, you need to provide us with your wire transfer information. Your wire transfer information has to be entered in your AdDeals' account profile/billing info. 3. Revenue share
Unless a special agreement applies, as an AdDeals publisher displaying AdDeals' advertisers ads inside your apps via AdDeals APIs or SDKs, you receive a standard revenue share amounted to 60% of AdDeals Adjusted Gross revenues generated by your apps' users and originated from AdDeals direct advertisers (premium ads).
4. Responsibility
cannot be pursued for any unintentional technical issues encountered while using SDKs/APIs in mobile applications or following the use of tools or for the intentional or unintentional use of materials, such as creatives, provided to via by registered members. Ahead Solutions provides SDKs, APIs, services and tools and do its best to maintain them and provide high quality services to registered members, however it cannot be held responsible for any bug or issue that could occur in its registered members mobile applications or web sites once SDKs, APIs or services have been integrated and are being used. cannot be held responsible, either legally or financially for any consequences related to all prior statements.
5. Terms and conditions validity
Those terms and conditions are valid until the registered member informs that it stops using services and wants to terminate its collaboration with . In all other cases, all terms and conditions, even updated after the member registration, stay valid. AdDeals Adjusted Gross Revenues corresponds to all advertising fees paid by Advertisers to Ahead Solutions for placements of AdDeals ads on the Properties, net any advertiser and agency discounts or rebates, and applicable taxes thereon (“Gross Revenue”), minus processing fees of twenty-five percent of Gross Revenues which is assessed to reimburse Ahead Solutions for various costs, including without limitation, credit card processing fees, collection costs and defaults, operational costs, serving costs, charge-backs, deductions, reversals, or credits and refunds to advertisers. AdDeals applies fixed processing fees for its standard terms and conditions. Direct advertisers exclude third-party ad providers working with AdDeals to maximize the publisher's fill rates and earnings.

We at SAS, including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, if any ("Ahead Solutions", "we", "us", "our"), know that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information (both customer and end user information) is collected and used by Ahead Solutions. "You", or "your", refers to our customers and end users.
By visiting or using applications, website (the "Site") and services, including, but not limited to , and any other linked pages, features, content, or any other services we offer from time to time by or in connection therewith (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we may collect, use, and share your information in the manner and ways outlined in this Privacy Policy. 1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information as more fully described below ("Personal Information") that we gather when you are accessing or using the Services. Personal Information specifically does not include aggregate information, which is data we collect about the characteristics and activities of users of the Site and the Services, from which any personal information has been removed.

We may collect the following types of information from our customers and end users:
A. Personal Information You Provide to Us
We receive and store any information you provide to us. The types of Personal Information collected may include your name, address, user name, email address, IP address, referring URLs, log information, bundle id, language id, operating system version, device model, software developer kit (sdk) version, unique device identifier, Media Access Control (MAC) address and phone number. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features that are optimised based upon some of your Personal Information. We use the Personal Information you provide to enhance your experience with the Services, to personalize and improve the overall quality of the Services and to better understand what products and services are of interest to our users.
B. Information Collected Automatically
• Whenever you interact with the Services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs. The type of information recorded is dependent upon the Services with which you are interacting. When interacting with the Site, we record your IP address, "cookie" information and the page you requested. When you interact with the Services we record your unique phone I.D. number and logs of your specific interactions with the Services. We may associate this usage information with your Personal Information in connection with providing the Services.
• We utilize "Cookies" to automatically collect information about visitors to the Site. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that reside within your browser and that allow us to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our Site are visited and by how many people. • Ahead Solutions provides certain Services to advertisers and publishers. If you are a publisher using the Services, we may access, index, and cache requests made from your mobile Sites, applications and device platforms to our system, including by automated means. In the course of providing these Services, we collect aggregate data from publishers' Sites and use such data for a number of purposes, including, but not limited to, providing publishers, advertisers and others with aggregate information about traffic and Site usage in our advertising network. We also collect certain information about visitors to publishers' Sites that connect to such Services. We will automatically collect and receive information about those visitors such as, but not limited to, browser identifiers, session information, cookies, device type, carrier provider, IP addresses, unique device ID, carrier user ID, geo-location information, sites visited, clicks on advertisements we display and downloads of related applications. We may track that information over time and over multiple publishers' sites and use non-Personal Information collected from such visitors to provide reports to advertisers and others and to help us display advertisements that may be of interest to your visitors. In some cases, the mobile phone service providers for mobile devices may send visitors' phone numbers to . We use such information to perform analysis aimed at improving our Services and we may also use this data to display advertising customised to visitors' interests and preferences. We do not use such information for telemarketing, to contact any individuals or to share with any third parties for their own use.

3. Will share any of the Personal Information it receives?
We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. We share your Personal Information in personally identifiable form only as described below.
A. Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control

As part of the Services, you may receive communications from us, whether by email or other means. We may send you emails, contact you, or engage you in other communication that is related to your use of the Services.
E. Promotional Offers
We may send offers to certain users on behalf of , our partners or other businesses. However, when we do so, we do not give the other business your name and address. 4. Is Personal Information about me secure?

The Online Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Customers must not use our Online Services to provide advertisements to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
6. Third Party Sites
The Services regularly interact with third party Sites and applications. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other Sites and applications. When linking to another Site or application, you should read that party's privacy policy.
